INVITATION TO MASTERS BACKSTROKE TECHNICAL SKILLS TEACHING CLASS

Sunday 11^th March 2007

The Scottish Masters Committee have arranged a swim technique class on Sunday 11^th March 2007 at the National Aquatic Centre in Stirling. The classes are to be run between 12noon – 2pm and swimmers are asked to assemble at 11am on poolside for a Pre-clinic talk.

The section is specifically targeted at master’s swimmers wishing to improve their technical competence. The class is targeted at Backstroke with future classes working on the other strokes. It is essential we have a good poolside teacher to swimmer ratio so we must know the numbers wishing to attend. Should you wish to attend, please return the tear off section below together with a reservation fee of £10.00 payable to Scottish Swimming. This payment will be recoverable on attendance. Please note the class will be on a first come first service basis so please get your form and cheque into me ASAP.

There are no poolside eating facilities so bring your own lunch and refreshments. Be sure to bring water for drinking on poolside.
