AGENDA

1. Approve the minutes of the previous year’s AGM
2. Receive reports from the chairman and secretaries
3. Receive report from the Honorary Treasurer and approve the Annual Accounts
4. Elect Management Committee (including the officers of the club)
5. Approve the clubs new constitution with added child protection clauses (see below)
6. Consider changes to the bye-laws
7. Discuss the new pool charges and membership fees
8. Deal with other relevant business

It would be good to see as many people as possible attending the AGM, as well as being an ideal time to have your say in how the club is run, we also need a certain critical mass to vote in the new club constitution. Nominations in writing are invited for the office bearers of the club, to be received at the above address no later than 14 days prior to AGM.
